- Minor color differences (due to photography/light)
3. How to Raise a Return or Exchange?
- Please contact us at email / WhatsApp number within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment you open the package this helps us protect you and our team from counterfeit or misuse.
- Mention your order number and reason for return.
4. Refund or Replacement?
- Once approved, you can choose
- Replacement of the same product
- Coupon credit for future orders
- Refund to your original payment method (processed within 7 working days after product inspection)
5. Return Shipping
- We will arrange a free pickup for damaged or defective items.
- For sizing/exchange issues, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
